What shipping methods do you offer?
Depending on your order details (size, weight, value) and location, we ship our orders through DPD, UPS and DHL. Orders are shipped worldwide, with a few exceptions due to costs and speed.
Below you will find an indication of shipping times per region.
Please note that due to the worldwide Covid pandemic there might be delays in the delivery to certain countries.

When will my order be shipped?
Since we ship all our products directly from our own warehouse in the Netherlands, our order processing is very rapid. When we received your payment, we will process your order immediately and ship the goods within 1 day. In most cases this will be at the same day you ordered, when the order is placed before 2pm local time.
To speed up the process we advice to pay for your order through one of our instant banking integrations or PayPal.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment methods. Payments can be done through direct banking (iDeal, BanContact Mister Cash, etc.), bank transfer (BACS) or PayPal (also for your Visa and Mastercard payments). All payments will be handled by securely by Mollie, our payment service provider (PSP).
Did my payment come through?
You can keep track of your order status, including the status of your payment, through your Account > My Orders. The order status will be updated in real-time and should always be up-to-date.

How do I place an order?
Our order process consists of 3 simple steps.
1) Browse our products and place them in your shopping cart through our online shop.
2) Filling in your billing- and shipping details and choosing a payment- and shipping method on the Checkout page. We offer guest checkout and to enjoy a faster, more personalised service and benefits we recommend creating a deckend account here.
3) Clicking the "Place order" button and making the payment through our secure payment options.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don't need to register an account with us to place an order. We offer a simple guest checkout where you can fill in your details and place an order directly.
We do encourage you to create an account first to enjoy faster, more personalised service and other benefits.
Is there any warranty on my product?
We fully support the quality of our products and give warranty on manufacturing defects on all of our products! This means, when you receive your order and there seems to be something wrong with it, you can return the products and we will provide you with a new product or refund your money. Warranty only applies on products with (factory) construction defects.

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel or change it, please send us an email before the order is processed and/or shipped. This usually happens within 12 hours after placing your order. Orders can not be changed or cancelled once they're handed over to the selected shipping carrier.

How can I track my order?
In most cases, when your order is processed, a tracking number will be attached to your order details in your Account > My Orders. If there is no tracking number available you can send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll update you accordingly.
How can I return a product?
If you received your order but you would like to return it, you have 14 days to do so, no questions asked. This only applies to products that are unused, not assembled in any way (gripped or assembled as complete), by you OR us, and still in the original packaging.
